Located on Florida International University’s Modesto A. Maidique campus, a new $212-million academic health sciences and clinical facility is planned as a collaboration between FIU, South Florida’s public research university and Baptist Health South Florida. The facility will serve as a hub for clinical, research and educational activities. Stantec will be providing architecture, medical planning, landscape architecture, sustainability consulting and other specialty services; joint-venture team Robins & Morton and Thornton Construction Company are serving as construction manager at risk.
