The Nashville area office of Skanska USA has completed the new South Central Regional Health Office, a facility that includes expanded clinic, laboratory, warehouse and administrative space and will support public health operations and emergency response efforts across a 13-county region. Skanska began construction in October 2024 and completed the new 16,552-square-foot regional health office on a greenfield site.
