SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Swinerton has topped out the new Terminal 2 Parking Plaza at San Diego International Airport in California. Swinerton team members from Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego partnered with Watry Design and Gensler as a Design-Build team to deliver the new parking plaza, which will serve as one of the gateways to the airport. Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Resort Expansion Celebrates Topping Out

AK-CHIN INDIAN COMMUNITY – Sundt | Yates Construction and Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino celebrated the topping out of a new 12-story, 230-room hotel tower last month. Members of the project team signed the final steel beam before workers placed it on the structure. When complete, the casino resort expansion will enhance this entertainment venue for the Ak-Chin Indian Community and the surrounding communities of Pinal County, including Maricopa, Arizona. SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Clark Construction’s team in San Francisco, California has topped out 150 Van Ness, a 420-unit apartment building taking shape in the heart of the city’s Civic Center neighborhood. The milestone marks the completion of the building’s cast-in-place concrete superstructure and comes nine months after the project’s mud slab was poured.
