A new fire station, long in the works, is now underway in Lake Havasu City. City officials, first responders and community members joined Willmeng Construction to break ground on the new Fire Station No. 7 in Lake Havasu City. Fire Station No. 7 is a priority investment designed to boost emergency coverage for the community. Willmeng Construction began work on GO|99 North, the newest 1-million-square-foot speculative industrial building in the Valley. For developer GO Industrial, the 1.1-million-square-foot, Class A warehouse and distribution facility is the largest single building the company has brought to market. Designed by DLR Group, GO|99 North is the firm’s second development in southwest Phoenix. Phoenix Rising Investments, Willmeng Celebrate Grand Opening of Aviation Institute of Maintenance Campus

Phoenix Rising Investments celebrated the grand opening of the Aviation Institute of Maintenance’s first Phoenix, Arizona campus in the AMPlify Riverpoint business district. The new AIM campus is located just south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and just four miles from South Mountain High School, which has an exploratory aviation program. AIM has entered into a partnership with South Mountain to offer dual-credit aviation maintenance programs and has an ongoing partnership with American Airlines.
