Skanska has completed work on a 90,500-square-foot modernization and expansion of the historic Montlake Elementary School for Seattle Public Schools in Washington. The project included the modernization of the existing two-story, 16,500-square-foot Seattle Landmark schoolhouse and addition of a new 74,000-square-foot, three-story building housing the gym, cafeteria, kitchen, administration spaces, classrooms and library. Groundbreaking Held for Bowers Stadium Press Box at Sam Houston State University
A five-story press box for Bowers Stadium at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas has broken ground. Hoar is serving as the general contractor on the project, which will also include general stadium improvements and is expected to be completed for the 2026 football season. Project partners include Page as the architect and DLR group as the advisory design partner.
