Balfour Beatty has been awarded a £32-million contract to build a world-class ophthalmology and orthopedic health facility in Inverness, a city in the Scottish Highlands, on behalf of NHS Highland. The general contractor will construct the 8,305-square-meter National Treatment Centre, including 24 inpatient rooms, five operating theatres, clinics and outpatient departments.
