CIMIC Group company Leighton Asia has been awarded a contract by real estate developer Elan Group to deliver a luxury residential project in Gurugram, India. The project, known as Elan The Emperor, is located in the same area where Leighton Asia is constructing an eight-tower development, Elan The Presidential, also for the Elan Group. The contract will generate revenue of approximately $200 million for Leighton Asia, and involves construction of 10 towers, each approximately 145 meters tall, across a built-up area of around 490,000 square meters. Construction is complete on the new $650-million Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital campus, located in Texas, providing a facility designed to enhance healthcare access in the rapidly growing Cypress area. Campus demolition work began in February 2022 and campus construction was completed in March 2025.
