The Brick Industry Association has opened entries for the 2025 Brick in Architecture Awards, the international design competition featuring fired-clay brick. Entries are due by Aug. 29. New this year, the 2025 winning projects and teams will be honored live at the Inaugural Brick Excellence Gala on April 9 at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, Florida. Hoar Construction Breaks Ground on New Oak Springs Elementary School Building in Texas
Hoar Construction announced today the groundbreaking of a new building for Oak Springs Elementary School in Austin, Texas. The project is part of an ongoing bond program for Austin Independent School District, which was approved in 2022 and includes over $2 billion worth of capital projects for local schools.
