The existing masonry façade has been sealed and restored, preserving the building’s historical integrity while ensuring modern functionality. Construction is complete for the $3.3-million utility infrastructure extension project in preparation of construction of the Otay Mesa East Port of Entry located between the United States and Mexico from State Route 11.
