Construction firm CFP, a division of Clark Construction, and developer Foulger-Pratt have announced the completion of Accolade, a landmark project that transformed a former Department of Justice office building into Washington, D.C.’s newest luxury apartments. The Accolade is now the closest residential building to the White House. The 13-story, 280,000-square-foot building has been converted into 243 modern residences, setting a new standard for complex adaptive reuse in the nation’s capital.
