WINTER PARK, Fla. — Leaders from Winter Park and Florida Hospital gathered recently to celebrate a significant construction milestone at the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Nicholson Pavilion, located in Winter Park, Florida, which will add 140 all-private rooms and a new lobby when it opens next year. The Nicholson Pavilion will allow the hospital to convert the majority of its existing rooms into private patient rooms. Fenton Logistics Park Takes Shape with BJC Build-Out

Kadean Construction has started building out Fenton Logistics Park Building I for BJC HealthCare’s Clinical Asset Management division located in St. Louis, Missouri. The builder is finishing 80,000 square feet of the interior of a new 160,000-square-foot tilt-up building to serve as a warehouse for surplus supplies and equipment that may be redistributed among BJC affiliates or donated to nonprofit organizations, said Kadean President Mike Eveler. Modjeski and Masters to Lead Inspection, Load Capacity Ratings of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Modjeski and Masters has been selected for the 2018 Biennial Inspection of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge from the Delaware River Port Authority. This historic structure features a 1,750-foot main suspended span and is over 9,500 feet in total length.
