In advance of World Sea Turtle Day in June, DPR Construction and the University of Florida’s Whitney Research Laboratory for Marine Bioscience, located in St. Augustine, Florida, began working together to help protect these creatures by constructing the Sea Turtle Hospital, a purpose-built facility dedicated to the rehabilitation and conservation of endangered sea turtles. New MOB in New York to Deliver 400,000-SF Class A Office Space

A 30-story medical office building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side recently topped out. Developed by Extell Development Company, the 400,000-square-foot facility, slated for completion in 2025, will house doctors’ offices, medical treatment centers and retail space on the ground floor. Lendlease provided pre-construction services ahead of the tower’s groundbreaking and is serving as construction manager for the development, which is being built on a full-block site located on the east side of First Avenue, between East 79th and East 80th streets. Neenan Archistruction and Northern Nevada HOPES celebrated the grand opening of The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center in Reno, Nevada. The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center provides services including primary medical care, behavioral health care, case management, resource navigation, support groups, substance use treatment, an onsite pharmacy and transportation. The clinic includes a first-floor walk-in clinic, designed to reduce emergency service calls by providing residents an alternative to ambulance-based medical care.
