New MOB in New York to Deliver 400,000-SF Class A Office Space

A 30-story medical office building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side recently topped out. Developed by Extell Development Company, the 400,000-square-foot facility, slated for completion in 2025, will house doctors’ offices, medical treatment centers and retail space on the ground floor. Neenan Archistruction and Northern Nevada HOPES celebrated the grand opening of The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center in Reno, Nevada. The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center provides services including primary medical care, behavioral health care, case management, resource navigation, support groups, substance use treatment, an onsite pharmacy and transportation. The clinic includes a first-floor walk-in clinic, designed to reduce emergency service calls by providing residents an alternative to ambulance-based medical care.
