    With the Menokin Glass House project, the Skanska team is taking a unique approach to preserving the ruins of the house of Francis Lightfoot Lee, one of the seven signers of the Declaration of Independence from Virginia. The Menokin house was built in 1769 and was designated as a historical landmark in 1971 for its significance. It sits on a 500-acre property along the shoreline of the Chesapeake Gateway. AP Completes New Fire Station in Greenwood Village

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Adolfson & Peterson Construction and members of the local community recently celebrated the completion of the new South Metro Fire Rescue Station 31 in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The grand opening celebration was an educational experience for children and families to tour the facility and learn about the operations of the fire fighters and staff. PCL Construction Renovates Facility at Los Angeles Mission

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – General contractor, PCL Construction donated its resources and time to fully renovate the Los Angeles Mission’s outdoor restroom facility in Los Angeles, California, at no cost. The city of Los Angeles required the LA Mission provide an accessible restroom, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, which could remain open to the public 24/7.
