WOBURN, Mass. – Tocci Building Companies has completed construction of the new Rock Chapel Marine headquarters, located at 99 Marginal Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts, on behalf of owner Eastern Salt Company. The former 13-million gallon oil tank farm site has been transformed into a two-story, high-end office facility for Rock Chapel Marine. Tocci utilized its Highly Collaborative Project Delivery to provide preconstruction, design and construction management services.
