LOUIS, Mo. – Constructed in 1982, the travertine panel façade of the Capital One Plaza building in Houston, Texas was showing signs of spalling and the sealants were failing from years of weather exposure. Western Specialty Contractors was hired by property manager CBRE to restore the 22-story building’s damaged travertine façade. NYC DPR Awards Hill International Two Contracts

PHILADELPHIA, Pa., and NEW YORK, N.Y. – Hill International has been awarded two contracts by the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. The two contracts have a combined estimated value to Hill of approximately $12.0 million. Pursuant to both contracts, Hill will provide construction project management services as needed for the construction or reconstruction of parks, playgrounds, buildings and facilities located throughout the five boroughs of New York City. One contract is for large projects and the other contract is for small projects.
