The Beck Group has launched construction on phase one of Harold Simmons Park, a new 250-acre urban nature park along the Trinity River in Dallas, Texas and is designed to unite communities and enhance access to nature. This project is a public-private collaboration led by the Trinity Park Conservancy, and forecasted to generate over $7 billion in economic impact for the city of Dallas. Construction Begins on Oklahoma State University Medical Center Expansion

Construction has started on an expansion project in Tulsa, Oklahoma for Oklahoma State University Medical Center. The project is part of a $600-million medical campus expansion that includes a VA medical center, an inpatient mental health facility and the OSU Pharmaceutical Research Lab and Clinical Center. It is one of the largest construction projects in downtown Tulsa since the Williams Center in the 1970s.
