Santa Rosa City Schools celebrated the groundbreaking of a new classroom building to serve seventh and eighth grade students at Piner High School. Designed by Quattrocchi Kwok Architects and constructed by Blach Construction, the modern facility will be delivered on an expedited timeframe as the campus transitions to include both junior high and senior high programs for the 2026-27 school year. Construction firm CFP, a division of Clark Construction, and developer Foulger-Pratt have announced the completion of Accolade, a landmark project that transformed a former Department of Justice office building into Washington, D.C.’s newest luxury apartments. The Accolade is now the closest residential building to the White House. The one-story, 10,862-square-foot acute-care facility will bring emergency services to the Rigsby neighborhood on the east side of San Antonio. Renovations of an 11,000-square-foot space have been completed to serve as a new care center in Livermore, California. The project team included general contractor Skanska and architect HED. Located on Southfront Road, the new Sutter Health care center will provide internal medicine, family medicine and pediatrics, as well as lab and imaging services, to expand access to high-quality outpatient care in the region.
