Hoar Construction Breaks Ground on Medical Office Building for Anchor Health in Lakeland, Florida

A recent groundbreaking signaled the start of construction on the 77,200-square-foot Watson Clinic Medical Office Building for Anchor Health Properties in Lakeland, Florida. Hoar is serving as the general contractor for the project, which is expected to be completed by second quarter 2026 and will include offices and imaging labs. The four-story, tilt-wall project is going vertical, with a topping out expected later this summer. Three of the floors will be built out, totaling 55,702 square feet of offices, exam rooms and imaging suites. Hoar Construction announced today the groundbreaking of a new building for Oak Springs Elementary School in Austin, Texas.
