Cameratta Companies Begins Development of Kingston Community in Estero

Cameratta Companies has started construction on the new Kingston community that will span in total over 6,702 acres. The first portion of the land to be developed is approximately 2,700 acres of property. Kingston is known to be a conservation restoration project that will transform a distressed and overgrown farmland into a unique community blending environmental preserves with residential neighborhoods and commercial amenities. Of the 6,702 acres, over half will be restored with wildlife habitat and designated as preserves. Kraus-Anderson has completed a new $24-million medical building in Windom, Minnesota for Windom Area Health. Recognizing the growing needs of the region, WAH partnered with Sanford Health to develop a 52,000-square foot clinic expansion owned by the city of Windom and funded by WAH. The project creates a connection to the existing hospital while establishing a separate clinic identity. Designed by Pope Architects, the new building houses Sanford Health Clinic, Windom Specialty Clinics and a third-floor shell space to accommodate future growth. A ribbon-cutting was held for Phelps Health’s new Emergency Medical Services base. Built by McCarthy Building Companies, the building replaces an aging EMS station and enhances emergency response capabilities in the region. Located on the main Phelps Health campus in Rolla, Missouri, nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, approximately 105 miles south of St. Louis, the base was partially funded by a $4 million American Rescue Plan Act grant from the state of Missouri.
