Turner Construction Company has begun work on the $150-million New Frayser Community High School. Located in Memphis, Tennessee, the project will serve 1,500 students. Spanning 270,000 square feet, the new high school is consolidating the current MLK Prep and Trezevant High School into one modern learning environment. Construction began on the $326-million North 2 Concourse in Terminal 3 at Arizona’s Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which includes the addition of six new passenger gates. The new concourse will add approximately 173,000 square feet of space and will feature a multi-level design, including a passenger level with gate hold rooms, public restrooms and spaces for future retail or tenant build-outs. Joint Venture Delivers Final Phase of Old Nice-Middleton Bridge Project

In a joint venture, Skanska, along with Corman Kokosing Construction Company and McLean Contracting Company, have completed the final phase of the Governor Harry W. Nice Memorial/Senator Thomas “Mac” Middleton Bridge project for the Maryland Transportation Authority. This milestone was achieved with the demolition of the original bridge and enhancement of artificial fish reefs from the deconstructed bridge materials.
