The grand opening was held April 26, less than a year since the beginning of the project. Chanen Construction started the extensive renovation of Sedona Real Inn & Suites in June 2024. Construction has started on an expansion project in Tulsa, Oklahoma for Oklahoma State University Medical Center. The project is part of a $600-million medical campus expansion that includes a VA medical center, an inpatient mental health facility and the OSU Pharmaceutical Research Lab and Clinical Center. It is one of the largest construction projects in downtown Tulsa since the Williams Center in the 1970s.
