Associated Builders and Contractors reported that its Construction Backlog Indicator declined to 8.7 months in March, according to an ABC member survey conducted March 20-April 3. The University of Arizona marked the completion of construction and opening of the $85-million Applied Research Building in Tucson, Arizona.
