Recently, the 3D-printed Dubai landmark, Office of the Future, set a Guinness World Record as the first 3D-printed commercial building in the world. China State Construction Engineering Cooperation Middle East, general contractor on the project, has served throughout the process from design to construction. Adjacent to the Dubai World Trade Center, the Office of the Future is a 250-square-meter building that has built-in activity centers, offices and lounges. The project showcases the design concepts of simplicity and modernity, a futuristic appearance and a spread-out layout.
