Bouygues Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, has been selected to refurbish an office building located at 1-3 Place Valhubert, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, France. This project, carried out for Crédit Agricole Assurances, involves substantial restructuring of around 22,000 square meters of floor space. The building will undergo a complete redevelopment designed by Altarea Entreprise, acting as delegated project manager, and DTACC Architectes. McLaren Construction Midlands and North has been appointed by McLaren Property main contractor for the landmark Upper Brook Street student accommodation development in Manchester, England. Early works have been progressing at pace, with both tower cranes now fully installed onsite. Skanska has signed a contract with Campus Ullevål AS, the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute, and Aspelin Ramm, to build Campus Ullevål in Oslo, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 1.0 billion, about SEK 1.0 billion.
