ATLANTA, Ga. – Winter Construction will begin mobilizing this month to build a new seven-story boutique hotel in Savannah, Georgia. The new hotel is being developed by RBHD and owned by Rockbridge, and will span an entire city block in the historic River Street district. The hotel will have seven stories, 173 rooms and 162,000 square feet. The demolition of an existing building on the property will make way for the new hotel. Construction is underway at the campus of New Tech High School in Gary, Indiana. The Korte Company was awarded the $6.8-million Design-Build project, which includes multiple improvements to the school’s outdoor athletic facilities.
