DALLAS, Texas – MYCON has started construction on a new ambulatory surgery center located in Plano, Texas. The 20,000-square-foot ophthalmology clinic and ASC facility will include two operating rooms with pre- and post-surgery rooms, consultation and diagnostic areas, offices and reception area. The project architect is Browne McGregor Architects Inc. The owner is Brooks Eye Associates. Construction began in June of this year and is targeted for completion in January 2019.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Institute of Architects is reporting an increase in architecture firm billings for February from its Architecture Billings Index, with several key segments showing an encouraging outlook for 2018. “We remain optimistic about the trends we’re seeing at architecture firms this year with the ABI continuing to show growth in February,” said AIA Chief Economist Kermit Baker, Hon. Building 3 is a 424,800-square-foot with 36-foot clear heights, 84 dock doors and four at grade, drive-in ramps. Building 6 is a 144,465-square-foot build-to-suit office/warehouse facility for an international logistics service provider.
