DPR Construction Debuts Silicon Valley Office & Prefab Facility

DPR Construction has opened a Silicon Valley Office and Prefabrication Assembly Facility in Santa Clara, California. The 113,702-square-foot facility brings the company’s regional and corporate operations together with its Prefabrication Assembly Facility, uniting office, craft and fabrication teams under one roof. The building houses 68,160 square feet of open office space and 45,542 square feet dedicated to prefabrication, research and development. The facility was built by DPR and its Family of Companies, including OES, EIG and GPLA, all of which also occupy the space. DPR Report: Labor Shortage Looms as Construction Rebounds

Just as individual market sectors are finding ways to move projects forward after a year of supply chain and cost turbulence, the ongoing labor shortage threatens to bog down construction unless owners and contractors embrace new approaches, according to the latest Market Conditions Report from DPR Construction.
