Gilbane has earned top honors at the P3 Awards in two 2023 award categories. Gilbane Development Company and Gilbane Building Company together won the ESG of the Year Award and Best Education and Higher Education Project Award for the Eastern Michigan University “Welcome Home EMU” Initiative. In addition, the William H. Gray III 30th Street Station Redevelopment Project earned Best Social Infrastructure Project of the Year and Gilbane Building Company is a member of the Plenary Infrastructure Philadelphia consortium modernizing and renovating that project. Gilbane Building Company is providing construction management services for the DICK’S House of Sport new retail location in Downtown Boston, Massachusetts. Once complete, this will be the first House of Sport located directly in an urban center. Gilbane Building Company Breaks Ground on Bullard-Havens Technical High School

The Connecticut Technical Education and Career System, Gilbane Building Company and JCJ Architecture have broken ground on the new Bullard Havens Technical High School in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Designed by JCJ, the new 215,000-square-foot school will be built on the existing 24-acre site in multiple phases over a 41-month schedule to accommodate existing operations. Gilbane, Leftfield, Studio G Architects Tops Off Florence Roche Elementary School

Officials from Groton Public Schools, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Groton joined students, educators and representatives from Leftfield, Studio G Architects and Gilbane Building Company to celebrate the official topping off of the 110,000-square-foot Florence Roche Elementary School.
