The structural topping-out ceremony of the Cavalli tower, a luxury residential project undertaken by China State Construction in Dubai, has been achieved. Located at the intersection of Dubai Media City and Palm Jumeirah in Al Sofouh, the 71-story tower reaches 306 meters with one basement level and offers panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah. The project features an onsite wastewater treatment plant that purifies and recycles water locally, reducing reliance on municipal supply. SAN DIEGO, Calif. – To celebrate the topping out—or having just poured the top floor of the 240-foot-tall residential tower now under construction at Westfield UTC in San Diego, California—the project’s general contractor, Suffolk, will host a worksite ceremony on Nov. 2 to mark the project milestone. BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The Kalikow Group has broken ground on 2415 Church Avenue, a $29-million, 67-unit rental residential building in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.
