CHICAGO, Ill. – Hines, an international real estate firm, held a ceremony recently to celebrate the topping out of River Point, Chicago, Illinois’ ultra-modern 52-story office tower being developed by Ivanhoé Cambridge, Hines and Levy Family Partners. The 1.1-million-square-foot building is located in Chicago’s West Loop submarket and is designed by Pickard Chilton. River Point will offer world-class architecture and first-class amenities, including a 1.5-acre public park and landscaped river walk, restaurants, a fitness center and extraordinary views of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. Chevron Corp.’s Midland Campus Project Almost Complete

Construction of Chevron Corp.’s new office campus in Midland, Texas, is almost complete, but the final months of the job are some of the busiest, says Jason Chappell, project manager for Swinerton Builders. Plans call for 500 Chevron workers to start occupying the new complex in first quarter of 2016.
