BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Design-Build Institute of America will recognize Brasfield & Gorrie and its joint venture partner, RQ Construction, for their work on the Wallace Creek North Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Complex in Camp LeJeune, North Carolina.
