PHILADELPHIA, Pa., and WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Integrated Engineering Services Building in Hampton, Virginia, has been recognized with a 2015 Federal Energy Management Program Better Buildings Award by the U.S. Department of Energy. Construction Topped Out at River Point

CHICAGO, Ill. – Hines, an international real estate firm, held a ceremony recently to celebrate the topping out of River Point, Chicago, Illinois’ ultra-modern 52-story office tower being developed by Ivanhoé Cambridge, Hines and Levy Family Partners. The 1.1-million-square-foot building is located in Chicago’s West Loop submarket and is designed by Pickard Chilton. Chevron Corp.’s Midland Campus Project Almost Complete

Construction of Chevron Corp.’s new office campus in Midland, Texas, is almost complete, but the final months of the job are some of the busiest, says Jason Chappell, project manager for Swinerton Builders. Plans call for 500 Chevron workers to start occupying the new complex in first quarter of 2016.
