Atlanta BeltLine Welcomes New Residential Tower in Fourth Ward Development

Construction is complete on the newest addition to the Fourth Ward mixed-use development under construction along Atlanta, Georgia’s BeltLine. The project team completed a 493,600-square-foot, 18-story residential tower that includes 359 units, along with an abundance of amenity spaces. Developed by New City Properties, the mixed-use development’s initial phase also includes two 11-story office towers, an underground parking deck, street-level retail, a 16-story boutique hotel and a pedestrian bridge for BeltLine connectivity. Ground was recently broken on Queensbridge Collective, a transformative mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Clark Construction Group is serving as construction manager-at-risk. Mitikah Mixed-Use Development Welcomes First Guests

The new Mitikah mixed-use development recently opened in Mexico City, and includes the largest retail center in Latin America. Stantec provided retail design as part of the larger project design team with Cesar Pelli, Enrique Norten, SMA and Colonnier y Asociados. The builder was Parks.
