The third phase of the High5ive office complex, located in Kraków, Poland, is underway. The final building with an area of over 11,000 square meters will be the first Skanska office building in Kraków with a WELL certificate, awarded to healthy and comfortable workplaces. PORR to Build 3T Office Park in Poland’s Tri-City

3T Office Park, the largest office complex in the region, is taking shape in Gdynia, one of the three cities that make up Poland’s Tri-City (Gdansk-Gdynia-Sopot). PORR S.A is the general contractor of the investment project, while Gleed Polska is responsible for the comprehensive project management and coordination regarding the building’s BREEAM certification. PORR Consortium to Build Tunnel in Poland

ŚWINOUJŚCIE, Poland; VIENNA, Austria – The contract for the construction of the Świnoujście tunnel was recently signed. The project will be implemented by a consortium consisting of PORR, Gulermak and Energopol-Szczecin. The contract value is around EUR 150 million and the project is expected to take 48 months to complete. The total length of the project is approximately 3.2 kilometers.
