After more than 40 years of operation in Friedrich-Hillegeist-Straße in Vienna, Austria’s second district, the central and regional Viennese offices of the Austrian Pension Fund and the Centre for Outpatient Rehabilitation are undergoing extensive renovation due to signs of aging, such as leaking ceilings or poor thermal insulation. The technical services will be brought up to date and the building will be given an insulation retrofit, with particular attention paid to establishing an ecologically sustainable energy supply. The topping out of the Adobe Restaurant and Clubhouse, the second phase of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club Renovations project, was recently celebrated by Sundt Construction, alongside owners JDM and design partners Douglas Fredrikson Architects. The second phase of improvements includes a new clubhouse and restaurant with private dining room, ballroom and roof deck.
