Oak View Group Begins Renovations to Transform Baltimore Arena

Oak View Group announced it has officially started renovations to transform the 60-year-old city-owned Baltimore Arena. In partnership with The Baltimore Development Corporation and Thirty Five Ventures, once fully renovated, the arena will serve as a key anchor on downtown’s west side. As part of the planned renovations, OVG and Thirty Five Ventures will fully fund the cost of the arena’s total reconstruction, which is estimated to cost at least $150 million. Renovations Begin on Downtown Office for Hoffman Media

Hoffman Media recently held a groundbreaking-style event to commemorate the project kick off, share architectural renderings and publicly announce plans for its new downtown headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. The project team includes construction firm Robins & Morton and architect Williams Blackstock Architects. The property will be called “The Hoffice” and was the previous office of the Waldrep, Stewart and Kendrick law firm, which has since relocated to Homewood. Boston University Celebrates Renovation, Expansion of Goldman School of Dental Medicine

Boston University recently celebrated the completion of a $115-million renovation and expansion of the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, located in Massachusetts. The project transforms the existing dental school facility, expanding and improving predoctoral clinical spaces, integrating the new preclinical Simulation Learning Center into the facility and supporting student collaboration and peer-to-peer learning.
