Balfour Beatty Living Places and green infrastructure experts, Biotecture, are set to deliver a UK first on behalf of Southampton City Council, as works to install the first hydroponic living wall on a highway’s scheme commenced this summer. Hydroponic living walls are sustainable, vertical installations containing living plants and foliage which grow without the need for soil. PORR to Build 3T Office Park in Poland’s Tri-City

3T Office Park, the largest office complex in the region, is taking shape in Gdynia, one of the three cities that make up Poland’s Tri-City (Gdansk-Gdynia-Sopot). PORR S.A is the general contractor of the investment project, while Gleed Polska is responsible for the comprehensive project management and coordination regarding the building’s BREEAM certification. After 26 months of construction, Clark Construction has reached substantial completion on Frost Tower, the first new office tower to rise in downtown San Antonio, Texas since 1989.
