Fluor-Led A27/A1 Motorways Widening Project Opens to Traffic in the Netherlands

Fluor Corporation’s project to widen and upgrade A27/A1 motorways in the Netherlands has officially opened to traffic. The upgraded motorways connect Utrecht North and the Eemnes Junction, as well as the A1 motorway between the Eemnes Junction and the Bunschoten-Spakenburg connection. The project was awarded in 2016 by the directorate-general for infrastructure and water management of the Netherlands [Rijkswaterstaat] to the 3Angle B.V. special purpose company, comprising Fluor, 3i Infrastructure and Heijmans Capital. ATLANTA, Ga. – Brasfield & Gorrie opens its relocated Cobb County office in the area around SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta in Georgia. The move from the company’s previous Kennesaw location to a completely renovated 113,000-square-foot office building increases the company’s space by about 43,000 square feet and will allow the general contractor to continue to expand in a growing, conveniently located neighborhood. Gammon Construction Limited, in joint venture with Sanfield (Management) Limited, has been awarded an approximately HK$2.3-billion project to widen Sai Sha Road in Shap Sze Heung, Sai Kung in Hong Kong.
