RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Sundt Construction, Inc. and California Baptist University celebrated the topping out of the university’s new events center and arena located on the southeast quadrant of the school’s main campus in Riverside, California. The event, which commemorated the placement of the structure’s last steel beam, was held on Wednesday, June 22, and brought together city and university officials, the construction and design teams and members of the community for a beam-signing ceremony in honor of the project’s success. Hilton Grand Islander Project Tops Out

Hensel Phelps’ Hilton Grand Islander project recently commemorated the topping out of the 38-story concrete structure in Waikiki, Hawaii. Representatives from Hilton Worldwide, Blackstone Investment Group and the project design team joined with more than 500 members of the construction team to celebrate the occasion with a barbecue. Sitting only a block off the beach, the 375-foot structure is a defining part of the iconic Waikiki skyline. CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Brasfield & Gorrie recently celebrated a construction milestone on the new AvidXchange corporate headquarters building in Charlotte, North Carolina. A topping out ceremony marked the placement of the final steel beams for the new 200,000-square-foot, six-story office building on the AvidXchange Music Factory campus developed by Red Rock Developments. The AvidXchange Music Factory is an entertainment complex in Uptown that features bars, restaurants, music venues and office space. LOUIS, Mo. — MC Industrial, Inc. recently celebrated the topping out of one of its major 2016 projects, the expansion of Boeing’s new composite facility, the St. Louis Composite Center of Excellence, in Missouri.
