The Rowe in Whitechapel, London (England) has launched, providing 162,000 square feet of office space. The building is a landmark site for integrated real estate developer, manager and investor, Frasers Property UK, as the company’s first urban office development. The scheme, which is less than 1 mile from Bank, Monument and Liverpool Street, also provides over 17,000 square feet of outdoor terraces. The 47-floor Texas Tower, located in Houston, recently topped out. The project team includes Gilbane Building Company with team members from Hines Limited Partnership and Ivanhoé Cambridge and architect Pelli Clarke. The new tower will be an impressive addition to the Houston skyline and will total more than 1 million square feet.
