Watpac Wins Main Works Contract for Queensland Hospital Redevelopment Project

Watpac Limited has been awarded a $74-million contract to deliver the Roma Hospital Redevelopment Main Works project for Queensland Health. Located adjacent to the existing hospital in Queensland, Australia, Watpac will construct a new three-level building with a gross floor area of 12,550 square meters, providing 24 beds with departments including emergency, allied health, medical imaging, inpatient wards, pathology, medical records and central sterilizing.
