The report shows the positive impacts of construction companies participating in ABC’s STEP Health and Safety Management System, which enables top-performing ABC members to achieve incident rates 658% safer than the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ construction industry average, reducing total recordable incident rates by 85%. Construction Underway on New Advanced Spine and Pain Center in Phoenix

Construction has commenced on a new $6.5-million clinic and ambulatory surgery center for Advanced Spine and Pain. The project team includes general contractor Kraus-Anderson Phoenix and architecture firm Cotton Architecture and Design. The 12,717-square-foot medical office building includes a 4,479-square-foot ambulatory surgery center and 3,531-square-foot specialty clinic, with 4,707 square feet remaining space available for lease. The clinic will feature new operating rooms with associated infrastructures to provide minimally invasive spine surgery, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery and anesthesiology, as well as pain management, physical therapy and chiropractic care.

The Beck Group has launched construction on phase one of Harold Simmons Park, a new 250-acre urban nature park along the Trinity River in Dallas, Texas and is designed to unite communities and enhance access to nature. This project is a public-private collaboration led by the Trinity Park Conservancy, and forecasted to generate over $7 billion in economic impact for the city of Dallas.
