City, University of London has chosen BAM London region to create a landmark new building for The City Law School. The 78,000-square-foot new provision, which BAM won in competition with Wates and Morgan Sindall, was tendered under the Southern Construction Framework. Valued at around $56 million, the works involve rationalizing four existing buildings that form a corner at Sebastian Street and Goswell Road, EC1. ONE will move into its new global headquarters in Marina One East Tower, Singapore, in January 2018 following the company’s consolidation of three Japanese shipping companies. The new dual-branded W Philadelphia and Element Philadelphia Hotel development project in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will be the latest luxury addition to the city when it is completed in spring 2018.
