Santa Rosa City Schools celebrated the groundbreaking of a new classroom building to serve seventh and eighth grade students at Piner High School. Designed by Quattrocchi Kwok Architects and constructed by Blach Construction, the modern facility will be delivered on an expedited timeframe as the campus transitions to include both junior high and senior high programs for the 2026-27 school year. Construction firm CFP, a division of Clark Construction, and developer Foulger-Pratt have announced the completion of Accolade, a landmark project that transformed a former Department of Justice office building into Washington, D.C.’s newest luxury apartments.
