Kenwood Elementary School Completes Modernization, New TK Building

Kenwood Elementary School District celebrated the completion of a multi-phase project delivering modernized facilities and a new Transitional Kindergarten Classroom Building at Kenwood Elementary School. Funded through local Bond Measure F, the projects were designed by Quattrocchi Kwok Architects and built by Ridgeview Builders (Phase One) and FRC (Phase Two). The comprehensive campus upgrades at Kenwood Elementary School involved modernizing existing facilities and adding new modular structures, executed in two phases. Alameda Unified School District Completes Multi-Sport Stadium Renovation at Encinal High School

Representatives from the Alameda Unified School District, project team, staff, students and community members gathered to celebrate the completion of Encinal Jr. & Sr. High School’s stadium renovation. Made possible due to funding from Bond Measure B, the new track and field stadium was designed by Quattrocchi Kwok Architects and built by Bothman Construction. The new 47,000-square-foot stadium replaces the school’s outdated track and field with modern facilities and artificial turf to accommodate soccer, tackle and flag football, and track and field events. Santa Rosa City Schools Breaks Ground on New Classroom Building at Piner High School

Santa Rosa City Schools celebrated the groundbreaking of a new classroom building to serve seventh and eighth grade students at Piner High School. Designed by Quattrocchi Kwok Architects and constructed by Blach Construction, the modern facility will be delivered on an expedited timeframe as the campus transitions to include both junior high and senior high programs for the 2026-27 school year.
