Growing up in St. Louis, Missouri, a young Cardin “Dean” Rackley would attend summer programs at the Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club on Grand Avenue. Playing basketball and swimming at the club were his favorite activities, he fondly remembers. TDIndustries Promotes 2 Arizona Leaders to Senior VP
TDIndustries has promoted two vice presidents in its Arizona office. Chris Brown is now the senior vice president of Special Projects, and Jay Layton is the senior vice president of Arizona Construction and Service. With four decades under his tool belt in the construction industry, Flatness began his career in Iowa working as a carpenter for a master craftsman. Eventually, he moved to the Southwest, became a superintendent and has been a part of the industry growth in Arizona since the early 80s.
