Drawing on more than 26 years of experience in design, planning, preconstruction design phase services and project execution, Poppen will directly oversee projects from development through occupancy. She serves as part of the Sacramento Business Unit in the company’s Roseville, California office. As project director, Poppen will lead project teams and is working on the planning phases of the firm’s newest high-rise project, Stanislaus County’s New Modesto Courthouse, with construction set to begin in early 2020.
