Ryan Companies US Inc. will develop and build a 400,000-square-foot speculative industrial project in the historic Chicago, Illinois community as part of their master-planned Pullman Crossings business park. The new project is part of the more than 50-acre industrial park planned with Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives. Pullman Crossings is located on the largest undeveloped land site within 20 minutes of the Chicago Loop and is accessible to rail and toll-free interstates. Haselden Construction Breaks Ground on Holy Family High School

Haselden Construction recently broke ground on the expansion of Holy Family High School in Broomfield, Colorado. The 34,000-square-foot expansion will include eight new classrooms, a fitness center and auxiliary gym with expanded locker rooms and an enlarged cafeteria, allowing the school to grow from 690 students to 800 students.
