The building offers 237 luxury residential units, approximately 18,500 square feet of ground-floor restaurant/retail space and a parking facility accommodating 1,000 vehicles. Florida Hospital Tampa, Robins & Morton, Hunton Brady Architects, TLC Engineering for Architecture and guests recently joined together to break ground on the Florida Hospital Tampa Patient and Surgical Tower located in Tampa, Florida. The $256-million expansion project will include a new six-story surgical patient tower that will house 132 patient beds and 24 operating rooms and various other support services. 115-Year-Old Steeple Ravaged by Hurricane Replaced, Refurbished to Surpass Original Splendor

Stevens Construction has completed a steeple replacement project at the Alva United Methodist Church, located in Alva, Florida. Built in 1903 and established in 1886, the Alva United Methodist Church sustained wind damage as a result of Hurricane Irma in 2017. The entire steeple blew off onto the street and the bell was the only piece still intact. The congregation of 325 fundraised to ensure the steeple could be built to surpass its original splendor.
