Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort, located in Cherokee, North Carolina, recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new bowling alley and entertainment addition. The facility opened to the general public on Sept. 1. The 53,000-square-foot Ultrastar Mutli-tainment Center at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort will bring a bowling center with 24 lanes; 16 on the main level and eight on the second floor. Plus, the addition will offer a 3,300-square-foot arcade and a full-service restaurant, bar and an event stage for family friendly entertainment. Topping Off Celebrated at West Valley College Kvamme Planetarium

SARATOGA, Calif. – Gilbane Building Company recently celebrated a major milestone at the site of the West Valley College Kvamme Planetarium project in Saratoga, California. The steel topping-off ceremony was attended by representatives from West Valley – Mission Community College District, college staff, Mr. and Mrs. Kvamme, for whom the planetarium is named, BHM Construction, Rackley Steel Erectors and representatives from Gilbane. Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Resort Expansion Celebrates Topping Out

AK-CHIN INDIAN COMMUNITY – Sundt | Yates Construction and Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino celebrated the topping out of a new 12-story, 230-room hotel tower last month. Members of the project team signed the final steel beam before workers placed it on the structure. When complete, the casino resort expansion will enhance this entertainment venue for the Ak-Chin Indian Community and the surrounding communities of Pinal County, including Maricopa, Arizona.
