Each hospital will feature 40 beds, delivering specialized programs for neurological, orthopedic and cardiac recovery, as well as comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapy services. CHI Memorial Hospital Georgia, a member of CommonSpirit, in Catoosa County, Georgia, has topped out. The 134,000-square-foot hospital is scheduled to open in January 2026. The $126-million project budget covers all aspects of the new hospital, from construction and infrastructure to interior furnishings and advanced medical equipment and furnishings essential for patient care. Construction began on the $326-million North 2 Concourse in Terminal 3 at Arizona’s Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which includes the addition of six new passenger gates. Joint Venture Delivers Final Phase of Old Nice-Middleton Bridge Project

In a joint venture, Skanska, along with Corman Kokosing Construction Company and McLean Contracting Company, have completed the final phase of the Governor Harry W. Nice Memorial/Senator Thomas “Mac” Middleton Bridge project for the Maryland Transportation Authority. This milestone was achieved with the demolition of the original bridge and enhancement of artificial fish reefs from the deconstructed bridge materials.
